Warranty and Return Conditions
WARRANTY CONDITIONS
All products are under the warranty of the manufacturers unless otherwise stated. In order for the warranty conditions to be valid, be sure to check the product during cargo delivery. When you see the damage, keep a record, and do not receive the product. Any changes made to the product, deformed product, or changes of its original design is not covered by the warranty.
PRODUCT RETURN CONDITIONS
If the product you purchased on our website turns out to be defective, you must contact us within 7 days from the date of delivery. The defective product that you send us with the courier company will be replaced with a new one. If the ordered product error occurred due to customer misuse or if the product has been used within 7 days, no return or exchange of the product will be made. As per the conditions of product return and replacement, the practices are essential under the Law No. 4077 on Consumer Protection.
